A large foamcore box I built with a hinge to hold a delicate ceramic sculpture that needed to be slid from the box, rather than lifted. The foam core was cut to spec on the table saw.

This is a box I built from a flat sheet of archival blue board. The art piece was headed toward long term storage.

Ethafoam and foam core tray duplicates I built for a large crate. I cut the foam core on the table saw and I cut the Ethafoam with a miter saw for length and a band saw for depth.

My work is the white Ethafoam and foam core tray encasing the wooden case.

This is a Gatorfoam box I created that was made to ride upright inside of a crate. The edges were carefully lined with artist tape and a hinge was created with artist tape in addition to packing tape and a velcro clasp.

Ethafoam and foam core tray made to fit snugly inside Esterfoam and wood crate. I created the tray.
